The simulation results show that under same condition there is a negative linear correlation on a logarithmic scale between the optimal mutation rate per base pair and the mutation rate per genome size maintain nearly an invariant.
结果表明,在一定的条件下,物种间的基因组大小相差将近4个数量级时,它们之间的最适突变率也存在3-4个数量级的差异,基因组越大其突变率越小,基因组大小和最适突变率之间存在对数负线性相关,并且物种间基因组突变率基本接近。
